Wet seaweed processing equipment

Fresh seaweed degrades within 24–48 hours, so the wet line does the time-critical work: receival, washing and de-sanding with recirculated freshwater, screw-press dewatering tuned to species and product path, blanching and iodine reduction, and stabilisation for storage or transport. Explore the full wet seaweed processing range.

Seaweed drying and milling equipment

Low-temperature drying protects the compounds your market pays for. We build belt dryers and drum dryers, two-stage shredder-grinder lines for wet biomass, and mills that take dried seaweed to specification. See the dry seaweed processing range.

Extraction & biorefinery equipment

For alginate, biostimulants, fucoidan and specialty extracts we deliver containerised extraction units (Biostim 500 and Biostim 2000) and biostimulant process equipment — standardised units, engineered once and replicated site by site. Read how complete plants fit together in the modular seaweed biorefinery guide or see biostimulant equipment.

Conveyors, feeders and materials handling

Lines live or die on flow: feeding conveyors, double screw feeders, dosing and weighing, elevating and buffering conveyors, tanks and lifting systems — all matched to wet, heterogeneous seaweed biomass.

Cultivation & harvest-side equipment

Upstream we build mechanised seeding machines (3 km of grow line per hour, commercially tested with Ocean Rainforest in the EU SeaMark project), cultivation rigs and our patented seaweed harvester. See seeding and harvesting solutions.
