Precision grinding for premium seaweed flour.
The mill is one of the final stages in the dry seaweed processing line, responsible for producing a fine, uniform product ready for packaging or further use.
Before entering the mill, the dried seaweed must be pre-crushed to a defined fraction. This is done using a crusher, integrated upstream in the processing line.
Grinding process overview:
- A high-speed rotor with hammers propels the material through a perforated sieve;
- Sieve hole size determines the final particle size — easily adjustable by selecting the appropriate screen;
- The milled seaweed exits the grinding chamber via an exhaust outlet;
- Pneumatic transport powered by a fan conveys the product to the cyclone separator.
