Alginate extraction equipment
Our alginate extraction equipment covers the wet route: washing and de-sanding, size reduction, alkaline digestion, separation, filtration and precipitation, built in stainless steel with in-house PLC and HMI control. Lines are modular, so you install a pilot alginate line first and scale to production capacity as your offtake firms up. Where your product needs further refining toward a target grade, we engineer the downstream steps to your specification.
