Semi-Automated loading for efficient fresh seaweed processing.
The H2000 lift is an essential part of the fresh seaweed processing line, designed to semi-automate the loading of shredded seaweed into a shelf container.
How it works:
- The lift raises the container to the required height, where a shelf is filled with shredded seaweed. It then lowers the container step by step, positioning each shelf in turn for filling.
- This cycle continues automatically until all 16 shelves of the container are fully loaded.
- This vertical filling system ensures efficient use of space, minimal manual handling, and consistent product loading — making it ideal for downstream drying or further processing and transport.
