Seaweed Washer & Elevator

Function

The system performs initial seaweed cleaning using air–water agitation, followed by additional rinsing on the lifting conveyor. It removes sand, salt, and organic residues before further processing.

Design

A water-filled tank with an air–water mixing system and an overhead spray-rinse section ensures continuous, gentle handling and consistent cleaning quality.

Operation

Seaweed is loaded into the tank for primary washing. A belt conveyor lifts the material to the discharge point while spray nozzles provide final rinsing. Washing intensity and conveyor speed are adjusted from the control panel.

Construction

The frame is made from AISI 304, and the washing tank from AISI 316 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance. The conveyor includes variable-speed control and a water-drainage system. All components are hygienic and easy to maintain.
