The seaweed distributor unit, manufactured by Sirputis UAB, is a key element of the fresh seaweed processing line. It is designed to efficiently distribute raw seaweed from the main conveyor onto pallets for further drying or transport.
How it works:
- Raw seaweed enters on the hopper, from which it falls onto a belt conveyor located below.
- The conveyor’s movement is manually controlled by an operator, allowing precise direction of the material flow toward the pallets.
- Once filled, the pallets are placed into drying containers, each holding up to 16 pallet units.
- All components and structural frames are made from stainless steel, ensuring durability, hygiene, and long-term performance in food-grade environments.
