Description

Semi-automatic seaweed substrate washer designed for cleaning the ropes after harvesting the seaweed. High-pressure water jet effectively cleans algae residue and roots from the rope.

Seaweed substrate rope washing station consists of a stand with high pressure supply pipes and a washing chamber. The center of the chamber has built-in rope feed and pull-out system. The special triangular design features an adjustable high pressure nozzle system for the best result. The washing speed can be selected depending on the condition of the rope.

The nozzles of the ready-to-use washing system must be properly adjusted. This is achieved by changing the shape, area and angle of the feed flow, as well as the distance from the rope. The water flow must reliably cover the cross-section of the rope over the entire perimeter and occupy a certain area.

Seaweed substrate washer is comparable with various high-pressure washing station. Washing is performed by connecting the unit to a 140-175 bar high pressure station. The connector can be adapted according to the high-pressure washer station.

The seaweed substrate rope washing machine is made of materials that are resistant to environmental and marine influences. There are no special maintenance requirements.
