Order Policies
PLEASE READ OUR CUSTOM ORDER POLICY BEFORE SUBMITTING AN INQUIRY
1. ACCEPTANCE
When the customer orders from UAB Sirputis, they acknowledge acceptance of particular terms of sale mentioned on the page and accept them unreservedly. The hereby general terms of sale govern the contractual relations between UAB Sirputis and the customer. They apply in particular to the terms of the order, payment, and delivery and of the control of the possible returns of products ordered by the customer. The general terms of sale are only applicable to the products sold from the UAB Sirputis website.
2. PRODUCTS
The photographs and text describing each product and image are not part of the contractual field. Where errors occur in the description, they shall not be the responsibility of UAB Sirputis. The customer always has the ability to get in touch with the Sirputis team to obtain additional information on the products presented by sending us an email or contacting us by telephone.
These are not display products, these are products made for commercial use, made by digital visualization software – as a result, discrepancies that do not affect the correct function of the item are not unexpected occasionally.
The availability of the products on the site varies depending on the product. Regarding delivery terms please contact UAB Sirputis by sending us an email or contacting us by telephone.
UAB Sirputis shall not be held responsible for damages of any kind, either material, immaterial, or corporal that could result from the misuse of the products for sale.
3. ORDER
An acknowledgment of receipt of your order will be e-mailed to you. UAB Sirputis reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom there has been a dispute concerning a prior order. Any information was given by the customer when ordering binds them. UAB Sirputis shall not be held responsible for the consequences of mistakes made concerning the ordering of the details of the consignee of the products or the debtor of the order.
4. CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
All custom order inquiries should be sent to us via email. Please be very specific with your request. Include the following in your request: your name, email, phone, and equipment required. Production on custom orders will NOT begin until payment has been received. Delay in making your payment will delay the production/delivery of your order. Once payment has been made, NO changes can be made to the custom order. NO refunds, exchanges, or returns are given for custom orders.
Any issues or concerns with your custom order must be communicated to us within 3 days of receipt/delivery of your order. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. PAYMENT
General Information:
Items must be paid in full on order. The order validated by the customer will be considered effective when the authorized banking payment center sends their acceptance. In case of refusal from the center, the order will be canceled.
6. PRICING AND BILLING
The prices indicated in the order confirmation by the company UAB Sirputis include the prices of the products, expressed in Euro, the V.A.T. charged at the applicable rate, the necessary delivery charge if applicable, and is current at the time of the transaction. Transportation for expedited, special services, or shipping is subject to an additional charge.
7. DELIVERY
The delivery of our products is carried out by our partners. The products are delivered at the delivery address indicated by the customer on his/her order form. If the customer is absent, a delivery notification from the carrier will be placed in the business premises letterbox and will invite the customer to get in touch with the carrier to arrange a later delivery of the goods.
8. CANCELLATION
Orders may only be canceled by writing an e-mail. Orders that are in production or have already been shipped may NOT be canceled.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
UAB Sirputis is the controller of your personal data which means we are responsible for how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. We respect your personal data. We will keep it secure, and we will never share your data with any third party for marketing purposes. This privacy notice relates to all personal data collected by UAB Sirputis on our website, on our accounting systems, and on all sales-related data systems.
