Usually, we sell good EXW (incoterms), however, the Sirputis team may assist with all logistic questions through a partnership with transport companies operating under EU law. All cargo is insured by CMR insurance.

How long does your warranty last?
Product warranty period may vary depending on the scope of the project, however, if not stated differently – 2 (two) years from the rusting of the hole in the body parts. For standard mechanical and electrical equipment 6 months, unless otherwise stated by the equipment distributor. Wearing parts are not covered by the warranty. The warranty claim may be brought either by the Purchaser or by the Client. The Client is entitled to any rights attributed to the Purchaser under this Contract, related to the rectification of warranty defects.
Is your equipment tested with any specific seaweed species?
It varies depending on the project, however our deepest expertise is with Sugarkelp, Ulva, Ascofilum.
